Thats really cool that they did that…so long as is doesn’t bother you too badly. But those socks look great irregardless.

It is very hard to believe those came from the same skein. The difference is amazing. I haven’t done that March pattern yet, but when I do I think I’ll use your mods.

No and yes. No, they don’t look like they are from the same skein, but, yes, I believe it. They really are great socks, though. I like your idea of going down a needle size for the foot. That is always the part that stretches and doesn’t fit quite right shortly after putting them on.

Well, that’s just bizarre – one sock has coral bits in it and the other has violet bits in it!

The pattern is great but it looks like the second one was left out in the sun too long. Maybe you could over-dye them to make them more similar?

Very nice, but yes, one does wonder about the colour difference. Seems to be a fairly frequent occurrence in the handpainted yarn. I do really like how they have a watercolour effect, though — very cool.
