Slytherin!
Whee! Early last week, my Hogwarts Sock Swap TWO package arrived from Amelia Crowhaven! She sent some great stuff!
I don’t have the Brother Amos Hellfire & Brimstone pattern, great choice! The snaky thing with yarn ball attached in the upper right is Amelia’s original design idea. Very cool, I hope she shares the chart or pattern someday. And some Jelly Slugs, a Knit Picks Harmony US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needle (Yay, I haven’t yet tried these), and a crocheted bookmark.
Here’s a close-up of the bookmark. The beads spell out “Snape.”
I love the green with a hint of blue variegation in the yarn my pal used. She reports it’s from Dyeabolical. So soft! Also, notice the fun sock blockers, love them!
The yarn is “Ariana Dumbledore” in Woodland Sock by MacKintosh Yarns. The name and the colors suit each other perfectly.
The socks? They fit and feel terrific, and I love these stripes! Thank you Amelia! : )
