Blood-Red

Debra at Cashmere Dreams dyed some Buffy-inspired yarn for the Buffy Knitalong, and named it Spike’s Revenge. Update: She is thinking about opening an Etsy shop and would like feedback/suggestions on a name. You could win a skein dyed in Summer Sky!
I was lucky enough to be able to get one of the last skeins. We met up at Shepherd’s Harvest for the transaction and a quick chat.
The colorway is even more brilliant in person! The red is perfectly deep and rich, with bits of grey and black in it, yum!
Deb, you did a marvelous job; I’m thrilled with it. Now to find the perfect pattern…

I’ve got some yarn that looks an awful lot like that and I can’t seem to find “the right pattern” either.

Love it! What great colours. Even in plain stockinette it would look awesome.

Hey – I see on your sidebar that your May Day socks are complete? Have I missed the posting of them?

I am so envious of that Spike’s Revenge. (Sigh) yarn diet, y’know.
