**** I absolutely love the Donegal Tweed Jacket (designed by Rosemary Drysdale), on pages 30-31. It looks great with a tweedy yarn. Plain details are mixed in with texture and a bit of cabling. I’d think about using the Bemidji Homespun I have for this instead of the Must-Have Cardigan. Hmm….
There’s a good guy sweater in Men’s Caramel Cable (designed by Lisa Gentry) on pages 32-34). It has a nice cominbation of wide ribbing and cables.
The Two at a Time Socks (designed by Chrissy Gardiner) on pages 36-38 has a cute texture that reminds me of butterfly yarn.
I like the seed stitch edges and straps, and square neckline on the Ventura Striped Tank (by Carole Powell) on page 53. It’s knit in the round, so would be easy-peasy. I’d like a bit of waist shaping, and might omit the stripes.
